HCPC Registered with no restrictions on your pinsBackground experience working in a rehab or hospital environment
Post-graduate training within Dysphagia
Ability to support and motivate patients
Aphasia, cognitive communication disorder, dysarthria, apraxia, and dysphagia is essential for this role
Day to day responsibilities:
Assessing and case management and communication of Swallow disordersMaintain high standards at all times across the department
Strong background experience with Neuro Rehab with a proven track record
Support with the day to day running of the SLT department
Always Keeping patients safe at all times
Participate in internal training induction, mandatory training, MDT in-service
Develop your clinical skills by supervision and mentoring Junior members of the team, providing feedback and appraisal’s
