Job Description

The In-house Paralegal will:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to various business units on commercial, employment, and property matters.
• Support the legal team in managing disputes and compliance issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal risks are effectively managed.

• Successful In-house Paralegal will have at least 18 months of paralegal experience in a commercial environment, across either commercial contracts, employment or litigation specialisms.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and understand business requirements.
• Skilled in building positive relationships and collaborating with colleagues.
• Organised, proactive, and eager to develop legal expertise across various specialisms.
