Temporary, Part-Time hours
£20 - £30 per hour- Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create and implement tailored learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Assist students in developing academic and social skills
- Monitor and track progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Minimum of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
At least 2 years of experience working with SEN students- Knowledge of SEN educational strategies and interventions
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
- Strong organisational skills
- Patience and empathy in working with students with diverse needs
- Additional certifications in Special Education or SEN support
- Experience in working within a school or educational setting
Work is primarily conducted in a classroom or educational setting. May involve some travel to student homes or other locations. Part-time hours, with flexibility required to accommodate student schedules.
