Elior is looking for a Head Chef to lead the catering services in all kitchens and kisoks for an exciting new contract at an international athletic stadium. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for ensuring a top-tier food operation that reflects the venue's high standards and ambitions.

As part of Elior's Stadia division, this role involves catering to fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK, handling a range of events from matchdays and concerts to conferences and banquets, with an emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal menus.

What you'll be doing...

As a Head Chef you will be proactively managing and supporting a catering team as well as creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training, supporting and people development to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, customer and client
  • Maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
  • Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, 37.5 hours per week
