What You'll Do:
Support 4 ladies and 1 gentleman with profound learning disabilities and high health needs.Provide high-quality personal care and assist with medication.
Enjoy activities like arts and crafts, shopping, and eating out.
Attend day services and have fun with sing-alongs and mini discos (thanks to our "music man"!).
Help with daily tasks to promote independence—whether it's finances, shopping, cooking, or personal care.
Reflexology sessions and other enriching activities.
Shift Patterns:
Early shifts: 07:00 - 14:30Late shifts: 14:00 - 21:30
Weekend and occasional bank holiday shifts expected as part of your permanent role.

Dimensions Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles as full training is given.
