ResponsibilitiesGreet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries.
Provide information about products, store policies, and promotions in a friendly manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Process transactions accurately at the cash register and handle returns or exchanges.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing inventory and ensuring the store is well-stocked and presented.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to assisting customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register operations.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hours Per Week:Start Time: 20.00
End Time: 08:00
Pay Per Hour: £13.98
