Performance Marketing Manager

We are working with a fantastic B2B Tech Publishers to find them a Performance Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. You will be working with big names within the tech industry on a variety of exciting campaigns.

Your role will be to drive pipeline acquisition and boost conversion rates across the publication's audience and customer segments. This role involves collaborating with the Growth Marketing Manager and Customer Campaign Managers to optimize marketing budgets, identify growth opportunities, and improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert with strong analytical skills, experienced in campaign setup, management, and optimization across various channels. The ideal candidate will be results driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns efficiently.
  • Optimize budgets to ensure strong ROI and cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tactics.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize traffic KPIs through paid, organic, and owned media.
  • Explore and test new channels to surpass established metrics.
  • Utilize marketing automation and lead generation strategies aligned with demand generation and ABM efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to share funnel conversion insights.
  • Stay updated on performance marketing trends and technologies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Communicate analyses through user-friendly reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies.
  • Work with outsourced agencies to support performance initiatives.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in ROI and CPA across all channels.
Your Experience
  • Prior experience in quantitative marketing, particularly in B2B technology, managing strategy and execution across various channels.
  • Proficient in data modeling, with a talent for extracting actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Effective project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Organized mindset.
  • Collaborative team player, adaptable to remote work environments.
  • Handles pressure well and proficient at multitasking.
