EMEA Tax Manager - Fully remote - Bournemouth

• Manage and oversee all tax operations across the EMEA region.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Develop effective tax strategies to optimise tax efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to streamline tax processes.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
• Monitor legislative changes related to tax in the EMEA region and advise management accordingly.
• Coordinate with the global tax team to ensure alignment of tax strategies.
• Prepare and present regular tax reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EMEA Tax Manager should have:

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
• Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax and Employment Tax (not essential to be an expert in all three)
• EMEA / EU / International Tax experience (again one of these three)
• Proficiency in tax software and financial management systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EMEA tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• A competitive salary range from £75,000 to c.£90,000
