Interim HR Adviser (Part Time)

Our client, a London based charity specialising in health care, is looking for a temporary HR Adviser to provide general HR support and guidance to the rest of the organisation.

This is a part time role, 24 – 28 hours per week, with 1- 2 days on site in Whitechapel, and the remainder remote. This role will be running for 3 months in the first instance.

General responsibilities include:

  • Support, advise and provide guidance to line managers on HR related queries and application of HR policy and process, ensuring escalation of complex issues as appropriate.
  • First point of contact on Employee Relations issues, supporting case work and ensuring escalation of any complex situations as appropriate.
  • Oversee the management of the generic Payroll and HR inboxes.
  • Overseeing and reconciling the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and providing reports as required.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

  • CIPD level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven relationship building / stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
