Job overview
We are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for a Medical Workforce Officer to join our friendly and busy team.
You will play a key part in the Trust’s medical staffing recruitment and retention by building effective relationships with our medical managers and providing guidance to colleagues on our processes for all groups of medical staff.
You will attend divisional and other meetings to update, advise and guide medical managers, ensuring that Trust policies and procedures are adhered to and best practice is maintained throughout.
Critical for us is your enthusiasm, strong IT skills and highly organised approach. Communication is a key part of this role so excellent written and verbal skills will be required alongside a high level of attention to detail.
Previous experience of working in a customer service role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
