The Company:

Leyton Fasteners are a local business, who have been established for over 40 years. We supply industrial fasteners and fixings to customers locally, nationally and internationally.

Job Summary:

Leyton Fasteners are seeking an organised and motivated team member to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customer enquiries and orders via phone and email.
• Processing customer orders and quotes using our ERP system Encore
• Serving on our trade counter
• Picking and packing orders.
• Stock control
• Assist with sales invoice processing

Experience/Skills:

• Office/admin experience desired but not essential.
• Ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Holidays: 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Schedule:

• 37.5 working hours per week
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Early finish on Friday

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
