Exams Access Arrangements Administrator
Join Millfield school as the Exams Access Arrangements Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring students with additional needs receive the support they require during exams.
In this key role, you’ll coordinate and implement exam access arrangements across the school, working closely with the SENCo, Learning Support team, Exams Office, students, and their families. You’ll manage applications to exam boards, maintain accurate records, build exam timetables for students with arrangements, and ensure every student is fully supported and informed ahead of their exams.
Experience with exam processes, Excel, and systems like iSAMS is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and excellent organisational skills are essential to ensure full compliance with JCQ and school policies.
The role is 2.5 days per week (17.5 hours) during term time, plus 6 weeks during non-term time.
