Art and Design Technician (Maternity Cover)

ART AND DESIGN TECHNICIAN

REQUIRED FOR APRIL (ONE YEAR MATERNITY COVER)

20 HOURS OVER 4-5 DAYS, TERM TIME ONLY

SCALE 2 POINT 3 (FTE £27,729)

We require a part time Art and Design Technician (20 hours per week over 4/5 Days with the option of additional hours at key times e.g. moderation) to start after Easter. Hours can be flexible.

The art technician plays an integral role within department. We are looking for someone who can positively contribute to the department’s continued success at our ‘Outstanding’ school. Students have excellent attitudes to learning and enjoy the range of creative learning experiences we offer here at St Marks.

The candidate must:

have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.

demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative to complete work with accuracy.

have excellent organisational skills and able to meet deadlines.
