Digital Marketing Executive
The role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. In this position you be responsible for developing and executing a range of campaigns, whilst collaborating with the Marketing Team to build strategies. You'll be responsible for creating and managing marketing content that will make our brand the talk of the town.This role is part of a team and is based at our Holiday Inn Rotherham Sheffield (S60 2XL).
Marketing Executive responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and wider team to create an annual calendar of social media marketing activity.
- Guide and brief content champions/hotels to develop bespoke, hotel-specific content that aligns with the marketing calendar and enhances brand engagement.
- Use LinkedIn, Insta, Facebook with scope to deliver social media on other platforms in future.
- Join the Kew News comity and support the development of internal comms
- Contribute to the annual marketing calendar, highlighting seasonal promotions and rolling out to the hotels.
- Create original eye-catching visuals, videos, reels and stories for Kew Green Hotels social media steams and individual hotels.
- Support social media streams (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).
- Create high-quality content to help drive sales leads.
- Managing and auditing IHG/independent websites providing relevant feedback and action using bespoke CMS systems.
- Provide support to specific hotels and being present on site when required.
- Attend relevant external marketing forums/brand meetings.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Attend/present at relevant internal meetings to communicate departmental results, initiatives and projects.
- Reporting on digital marketing activity.
What you’ll bring to the team
You’ll have a flair for creativity and be confident in exploring new ideas, not to mention being one of those “think outside the box” types. A confident communicator who loves and can influence people, not to mention being concerned with the small details.From a techy perspective, you’ll need to have strong skills ideally with Adobe Suite, CRM systems, MS Office/365 and Canva.
