Accounts Assistant
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a Professional Services business based in central Bristol on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 6 months.
Role: Accounts AssistantSalary: £30,000
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Working pattern: 37.5 hour working week
Hybrid split: 2 in office, 3 home per week
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the accounts payable ledger
- Responsible for Credit Control - Outstanding balances, statements, reconciliation of cash receipts
- Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Resolving queries
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks to help the wider team including projects or analysis
Skills/Experience needed:
- Previous experience in both accounts payable & credit control
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication - The ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage workload
- Pro-active in approach to work as well as working as part of a team
- Computer literate - Including Excel: VLOOKUP & Pivot tables
