The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Summary: Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead IT transformation initiatives, drive enterprise architecture strategies, and optimize digital workplace solutions. This role requires deep expertise in endpoint monitoring tools (Systrack, Nexthink, Microsoft Endpoint Manager), IT infrastructure, and enterprise solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IT landscape assessments and optimize application portfolios for enterprise clients.
Design solution architecture including conceptual, logical, infrastructure, and operations views.
Lead stakeholder discussions on PreSales, Solution Defense, Business Cases, Security & Compliance.
Ensure successful technical deployment, transformation, and value realization for IT initiatives.
Drive automation, scripting, and API integrations for seamless IT operations.
Manage technical escalations and provide hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Act as a technical mentor, training and coaching junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

16+ years of experience in IT solutions, enterprise transformation, and architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications: MCP, ITIL v3+, preferred Project Management (Agile/Scrum/PMP/Prince2).

Proven expertise in Systrack, Nexthink, Microsoft Endpoint Manager for endpoint monitoring.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Client & Server), Active Directory, O365, SCCM, ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy), and RDP solutions.
Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, VBScript) and API/SSO integrations.
Familiarity with cloud, server, and networking concepts.
