About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to provide high-level, confidential support to the company and the team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business strategy and prioritise requests in line with business objectives
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Organise the office functions and provide essential support to internal operations
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and expenses
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
  • Assist with ad-hoc requirements as needed
Skills & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or over 15 years experience in engineering environments
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a "right first time" mentality
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and remain calm in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
  • Project coordination or event management experience
  • Experience in new energy, renewable, infrastructure, engineering, or sustainability-related sectors.
