Business Development Manager - North
Salary £50,000 plus £5,000 car allowance per annum

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Business Development Manager – North.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Business Development Manager – North will be to provide professional Commercial and Marketing direction and support for the Avery Healthcare North region. Reporting to the National Sales Director with a strong dotted line to the Operational Managing Director, the role is fundamental in driving a best practice Commercial Sales approach for the group.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Analysing sales performance and developing and implementing plans to deliver budgeted occupancy and revenue targets.
- Develop and manage key referrers - Social Services, Discharge Planners, Ward Managers, Local Community
- Deliver brand proposition and increase word of mouth recommendation
- Supporting the delivery of national marketing activities at a local and regional level

Our ideal candidate must have:
- Appropriate experience and relevant qualifications
- Background in a previous Business Development / Sales position
- Clean driving license
- Team player, decisive, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable. Confident, enthusiasm and desire to excel
