Job Title: People Advisor (HR, part of the People Team)Location: Taunton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum dependant on experience
Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing:
This is a People Advisor role with real purpose. You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders, helping them navigate people challenges with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
You'll play a key role in:
- Providing practical, people‑focused HR advice to managers and teams ensuring our culture and purpose underpin all decisions and interactions.
- Supporting employee relations matters in a fair, human and balanced way
- Guiding teams through change, growth and integration following acquisitions
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted go‑to advisor across the business
- Translating HR policies and processes into clear, approachable guidance that works in the real world
- Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusive ways of working
- Helping shape and develop people processes as the organisation continues to grow
No two days will look the same - this is a fast‑paced, evolving environment where curiosity and adaptability are key.

You'll be someone who:
- Has demonstrable experience in an HR/People Advisory role and acted as a partner within the business
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and a growing, changing environment
- Builds strong, trusting relationships naturally and consistently demonstrates a clear understanding of the importance of effective stakeholder management
- Handles sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Is curious, reflective, and motivated to keep developing
- Wants to grow with a business
