Waverley School became an all-through school in September 2012. We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our team as Careers Advisor and Co-Ordinator.The ideal applicant will support all students attending Waverley School and Waverley Studio College receive excellent and impartial CEIAG; you will empower staff across the Trust to support the CEIAG agenda and to signpost students to appropriate, professional sources of IA.
The ideal applicant also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships.
The school’s most recent inspection report, Ofsted (November 2021) commented that ‘Pupils are happy to come to this school…. and the curriculum is ambitiously designed to stretch pupils regardless of their starting point.’The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
