Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site
Salary: £23,500 - £26,500 (+ £1,800 London Weighting)

- Limited Weekend Hours: Only 1 Saturday morning shift every 4 weeks (9 AM - 1 PM).

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Contact Centre: You’re comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Passion: You love solving problems and delivering service that delights.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems are a must.
- Excellent Communicator: You can articulate well both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-Oriented: You handle account administration with accuracy and care.
- Valid Driving License: As our site is in a remote location, being able to drive is essential.
