The Partner Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving joint marketing initiatives with our most strategic global partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing co-marketing strategies that align with both our business objectives and those of our partners.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and semiconductor or high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Planning

o Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth.

o Align marketing initiatives with partner business goals, sales targets, and product roadmaps.

Campaign Development & Execution

o Lead the creation of co-branded campaigns, product launches, digital content, and demand generation programs.

o Manage end-to-end campaign execution including messaging, creative development, and performance tracking.

Market Development Fund (MDF) Management

o Own the planning, allocation, and ROI tracking of MDF investments

o Guide partners on proposal development and ensure compliance with branding and ROI standards

Stakeholder Management

o Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal teams (sales, product, comms) and partner marketing counterparts.

o Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Performance & Reporting

o Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.

o Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and partner stakeholders.

Enablement & Content

o Collaborate with product and content teams to develop partner-facing assets such as solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement tools.

o Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner touchpoints.

Event & Program Support

o Support joint participation in industry events, webinars, and partner summits.

o Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional activities for partner-led events
