Sacco Mann are working with a great law firm, who are recruiting for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their office in Stockton. The role would suit a residential conveyancing assistant, who ideally has upwards of 1 years' experience supporting on a residential conveyancing caseload.

Correspondence with clients and third parties.
Dealing with mortgage offers.
Undertaking property searches.
Drafting legal documents.
Preparing files for completion.

Responsibilities:
Working 1-2-1 with an experienced conveyancer on a caseload of new build residential conveyancing cases.Correspondence with clients and third parties.
Dealing with mortgage offers.
Undertaking property searches.
Drafting legal documents.
Preparing files for completion.
Land registry formalities.
This supportive law firm really encourage their assistants in their journey to become conveyancers if this is desirable, ongoing training will be provided.
