Join a thriving HR Operations Team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role is based in Bristol and involves various tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all recruitment programmes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle queries quickly and share solutions with the team.
- Use recruitment systems like Workday and Taleo to manage candidates, send emails, and prepare documents for interviews and offers.
- Help organise and run candidate assessment days.
- Keep candidate records up-to-date across various HR systems.
- Arrange for candidate travel expenses and handle financial assistance processes.
- Ensure all candidate checks (like immigration and reference checks) are completed.
- Help with pre-employment health processes and coordinate start dates and induction with the recruitment team.
- Update new hire records and manage recruitment-related invoices.
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
- Strong skills in recruitment administration.
- Excellent at organising and communicating.
- Can handle many tasks at once and prioritise them.
- Pays close attention to details.
- Proactive and works well in a team.
- Focused on providing excellent customer service.
