Quality Inspector - Rullion

Hours of work: 40 hrs Mon-Fri - Additional shifts/hours available

• Experience within the nuclear or other highly regulated industry
• PCN Level 2 qualification
• Previous experience working with ITP's (Inspection Test Plans)
• Experience of reviewing records for compliance
• Strong working knowledge of relevant regulations and legislations
• Able to meet customer quality requirements
• Experience with Ultrasonic Techniques
• Experience of looking at voids/cracks within castings

• SC clearance

• Ensure project and quality arrangements are compliant
• Take responsibility for controlling documentation and ensuring it is signed off to verify that inspection, surveillance and witnessing activities have fully been carried out
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Complete reports on a regular basis
• Identify areas of non-compliance before reporting to the management
• Approve supplier documentation as and when requested
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that quality requirements are understood
