Role:- Full OH remit
- Conduct health surveillance and provide reports
- Responsible for case management and provide reports to the OH Manager when required
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with therapists, ergonomists, nurses, technicians and administration team
- Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
- Conduct pre-placement reviews, and fitness for work reports when required
- RGN, with valid NMC pin
- Experienced OH Advisor with an OH qualification - salary depending on experience
- Experience within the manufacturing sector is ideal but not essential
- Fantastic communication skills
- IT proficient
- Experienced in case management assessments
