Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and working closely with the FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role within the Finance Team, helping to manage the day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting records.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking a fully qualified accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience within either practice or industry. If you're detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, love data analysis, and can work independently in a small team environment, we'd love to hear from you.While Xero experience isn't a must, it's a bonus!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be an integral part of a small, friendly finance team.
- Maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end processes.
- Reconcile and analyse balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare month-end journals and raise revenue invoices.
- Assist with payroll journals, pension deductions, and liaise with HR on related matters.
- Prepare files for audits and respond to audit queries.
- Review payment runs and process expenses via software.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset register and assist with PSA and VAT submissions.
- Take on ad-hoc reporting and finance administration tasks.
