Customer Service Administrator
Reports to: Customer Services Manager
Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell.
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team in Eurocentral. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders while closely collaborating with our Sales Team and other departments to ensure customer queries and issues are handled efficiently.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Rotating shifts: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm then next week 9am-5pm.
Salary £24,239 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate order input: Ensuring all customer orders are correctly and promptly entered.
- Query resolution: Collaborate with various departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Delivery management: Booking deliveries with customers and coordinating effectively with hauliers to plan transport.
- Load optimisation: Planning finished goods deliveries to maximise load fill and operational efficiency.
- Invoice checking: Reviewing delivery invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective planning skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with both customers and internal teams.

- Efficient investigation and resolution of customer queries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Efficient transport planning and maximising load capacity.
