EYFS Teaching Assistant

Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant - Stockport, Greater Manchester

Pay Rate: £95+ per day

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons that support early development.
• Provide targeted support to children with varying needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Encourage learning through play by assisting with hands-on activities.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working in an EYFS setting with a good understanding of the Early Years curriculum.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting children's learning and development.
• A commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
• Provide two professional references related to childcare.
• Have up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training can be provided).
