The Role/Candidate
Our property division is a small division within BID Group LTD, Currently looking to recruit a suitably experienced Property Maintenance Person to carry out a range of building maintenance duties across domestic and commercial properties in the Bolton, Horwich and Westhoughton areas.
*please note ability to drive is necessary*
Main duties:
Painting, decorating, filling and finishing.
Cleaning duties to prepare properties at the beginning/end of a tenancy.
Light joinery (hanging doors/changing handles/fixing trims).
Tiling & Grouting.
Basic floor laying (laminate)
Basic plumbing (changing taps/washers & drainage problems).
Gardening/grounds maintenance.
Periodic checking of fire alarm/lighting.
Upgrading light fittings.
Other duties, as necessary.
The Candidate
The candidate for this role must have property maintenance and gardening experience, they must be able to efficiently carry out work to good standard and work unsupervised.

Location: WesthoughtonSalary: £26,650 PA (to be reviewed upon probation completion).
Hours Of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break plus 8am to 11.30am Saturday
