Your Role in the School
As a Temporary Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons during staff absences
- Maintain a calm and structured learning environment
- Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
- Build strong, positive relationships with students
- Encourage engagement, independence, and self-confidence
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to ensure consistency
