Responsibilities
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week

This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, crowd management, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue to deter potential disturbances or unlawful activities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and ensure the protection of property.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage crowd control during busy periods, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons in and out of the venue.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required, maintaining clear communication at all times.
- Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences that may require further investigation or action.
- Strong surveillance skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Experience in loss prevention techniques, with a focus on reducing theft and maintaining asset security.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patrons and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating composure in challenging situations.
