Our client is a well known national law firm with their Head office located in Manchester. They have undergone a significant period of expansion over recent years and this is a great opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their well known real estate team.
Job Description
As a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions
- Providing expert legal advice to clients
- Collaborating with partners and associates to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contributing to business development activities
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate law
- Delivering excellent client service, fostering long-term relationships
- Training and mentoring junior associates
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate should have between 4-8 years of experience in real estate law either as a paralegal or qualified solicitor.
