Our client, a beautiful Nursing Home, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mental health nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a nurturing and progressive environment.
Based in a specialist dementia unit, as a Staff Nurse you will play a key role in supporting residents with complex mental health needs, ensuring their well-being, dignity, and independence. Working 36 hours per week on day shifts, this position offers a rewarding career with the chance to make a real difference.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience or a keen interest in dementia care and mental health nursing.
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia and associated mental health conditions.
- Support individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
- Administer medication, monitor care plans, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
- Lead, mentor, and support care staff to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Engage with families and external professionals to ensure holistic support for residents.
