We are currently recruiting for a Housing Graduate.
The Housing Graduate role will provide you with a comprehensive and hands-on introduction to the diverse functions of the Housing Directorate over a two-year programme. Through rotations, tailored learning opportunities, and projects, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in a social housing environment.
We are looking for someone who has recently graduated with a 2:2 degree or higher within the past two years. While a degree in housing, social policy, social sciences, or community development is preferred, we also welcome applications from graduates in other disciplines who bring relevant skills and experience to a social housing setting.You should be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
As part of the role, during the two years you will gain an understanding of our missions and values, gain experience with key teams including Community Housing, Community Income, Home Ownership, Community Living, Community Engagement, and Communications.You will participate in rotations, work on meaningful projects, and contribute to initiatives that align with our organisational goals. As part of the role you will have access to training programmes including ILM level 3, CIH Level 2 and role specific certifications.
