• Supporting the legal team in preparing and finalising legal documents and contracts
• Performing legal research and presenting findings to the team
• Assisting in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease agreements
• Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate law
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to the development of the company's legal strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:

• A degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 12 months Commercial Real Estate experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
