Personal Assistant – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)Location: LondonContract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 months)Industry: Real Estate Investment & Development Hours: 9:00 – 5:30, Monday to Friday (Full-Time in office) WHAT YOU’LL DO: As Personal Assistant, you will provide seamless support to senior members of the development team and key shareholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, including: Complex diary management and scheduling of meetings across time zones Inbox management and preparing detailed agendas and meeting materials Booking international and domestic travel, including itineraries and logistics Processing expenses and assisting with invoice management Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors Supporting with presentation preparation, event coordination, and occasional personal tasks Assisting with general administrative duties and maintaining meticulous filing systems Office Support: You will also provide backup support to the Office Manager, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times: Welcoming guests and offering refreshments Managing office supplies and meeting room coordination Liaising with external vendors and service providers as needed WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role, ideally within real estate or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment Impeccable organisational skills and an eye for detail A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong discretion and a high level of professionalism Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking firm where your contributions will be genuinely valued.
