Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the Sales Development Programme
- Learn sales planning, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing
- Build and boost personal brands in the sales industry
- Develop listening skills to tailor sales approaches
- Identify potential customer groups
- Make calls and send emails to engage potential customers
- Follow up with customers to turn leads from cold to warm
- Book meetings and attend them
- Play an active role in the team, sharing successes and failures
- Track progress and gather market intelligence
Entry Requirements:
- English and maths qualifications at grade C/4 or above in GCSEs or level 2 in functional skills.
- Commitment to developing skills for a minimum of 6 hours a week and a full time contract.
- Willingness to complete an 24-month apprenticeship (plus 3 months of EPA) starting January 2025.
- Commit to a fixed-term contract for the apprenticeship duration
