This role has lots of training availability and progression, it can offer an immediate start and the pay will be £11.44 to begin, working hours are Monday to Friday working a day shift with an early finish on a Friday.
Duties for the successful Factory Operative:
- Assisting across the workshop assisting engineers and machine operators
- Shot blasting
- Deburring
- Machine Operating
- Packing
- Delivery driving if licence held
To be considered for the Factory Operative you must:
- Have worked within a workshop or factory environment ideally
- Keen interest in Engineering
- Able to work well in a team as well as alone with minimal supervision
- Driving licence advantageous but not essential
