Nurse Deputy Home Manager
You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This is an excellent care service located in a peaceful wooded area, home for adults with physical disabilities
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environmentCo-ordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high quality, person centred care and support in way which promotes: dignity; privacy; safety and independence and which promotes equality & diversity for everyone living and working in the Service
Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times
Ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals
Provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service
Have full accountability for Infection Control implementation and audit throughput the service
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior NurseExperience of supporting service users with Physical Disabilities
A strong knowledge of person-centred care
Working closely with each resident, assessing their needs and delivering a care plan that helps each person to live a fuller lifeAble to provide the very best levels of care, make sure that all procedures are carried out to the highest of standards and optimising the wellbeing of every resident
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £47,520.40 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 42 hours a week working through day shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
