Interim Finance Director
Position: Interim Finance Director
- Location: Bristol (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)
- Start Date: May/June 2025
- Duration: 6 months
- Handover: Current Interim FD available until May 25 (4-week handover period)
Role Purpose:This position is to cover a period while the company recruits a permanent member of staff. The role also involves providing support and advice on financial restructuring. Key responsibilities include supporting the audit process, managing the fall out of March year-end, and addressing any subsequent issues.
Reporting to: CFOTeam Management: Managing a team of 4 in finance (1 direct report)
Requirements:
- Experience in the housing sector is essential for this role.
- Understanding of relevant systems, processes, and governance
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work across all areas of finance
- Strategic mindset
Location Flexibility:Candidates can be based anywhere in England, provided they are willing to travel to Bristol for 2 days a week.
