About the Role:
We are looking for a Maintenance Person to assist in a range of maintenance activities including:
- General Repairs: Household DIY, Locks, Door Handles, Windows, Bed Frame and Sofa Repairs
- Plumbing: Sinks, Drainage, Toilet repairs, Boiler Diagnostics, Leak Identification
- Electrical: Socket/ Switch repairs, Light Fittings, Fuses, Electrical Fault Diagnostics
- Decorative: Painting, Hanging/Fixing Wall Art, Damp/Mould repairs, repainting
