7. Carry out water system inspections, tests and maintain records in conjunction with the Trusts Water Management Policy. 8. Use all relevant test equipment, tools and equipment. 9. To interpret and work from, complex engineering drawings & wiring diagrams and specifications with appropriate methods and sequence of operation 10.
2. Diagnose and repair faults on complex Mechanical and electrical installations, plant, engineering systems, and equipment in accordance with current regulations and guidance. 3. Work on a wide range of hospital mechanical systems including but not limited to heating systems, hot and cold water systems, emergency generators, control systems, electrical motors / drive systems, domestic equipment, catering equipment, lighting systems, ventilation plant, boiler plant, building energy management system and communication systems.
4. Manufacture, assemble, erect, and install new installation work unsupervised to a recognised standard within an acceptable timescale. 5. Perform a wide range of work of other trades. 6. Carry out repairs, maintain and efficiently run engineering plant & equipment.7. Carry out water system inspections, tests and maintain records in conjunction with the Trusts Water Management Policy. 8. Use all relevant test equipment, tools and equipment. 9. To interpret and work from, complex engineering drawings & wiring diagrams and specifications with appropriate methods and sequence of operation 10.
To plan and manage the working day based on work orders issued by Supervisor.
