Click & Collect Customer Assistant
IKEA Gateshead are looking to welcome a Click and Collect Assistant to join our hard-working Fulfilment Operations team.
In this role, you’ll be essential in confirming and handing out orders to our customers at our Order Collection point in-store.
WHAT WE OFFER- Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
- This role is 16, 20 ,24 & 30 hours a week, working 3/4 days out of 7, including 3 in
- The hours of operation are between 08:00am and 21:30pm.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE- You have experience and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Checking over and handing out customer orders.
- At times, handling and resolving any after-sales or customer queries that may come up.
- Working in a customer-facing environment, which means you will be happy to deliver great customer service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
