This is a full-time, one-year fixed term role and a salary of £36,433 - £47,035 per annum.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Reporting & Data Analyst to join the Mosaic Implementation Project at RBWM. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Mosaic system, SQL development tools, and Power BI. This role will be crucial in developing, maintaining, and improving the reporting solutions that supports our social care services.

This is a new role within the implementation of the new Adult Finance and Social Care electronic recording system. An experienced Mosaic Report Developer is required to design and implement and test the new statutory and bespoke operational reports for all Adult Finance and Social Care services across RBWM and Optalis within a limited period.

The successful candidate will be part of Project Team, supervised by the Workstream Lead and Project Manager.

Pre-requisites for applying:
All applicants require experience of reporting from Mosaic, Liquid Logic or similar case management systems within Adult Social Care.
All applicants have knowledge of or can demonstrate an understanding of adult social care processes and requirements for performance management and statutory reporting.

The successful candidate will be required to work on site in Maidenhead, at least three days a week throughout the project.

You will: Develop report specifications and work to prioritise reports development working alongside key stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and data extraction.
Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Conduct data analysis to support social care services and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with social care teams to understand their reporting requirements and develop solutions.

Conduct thorough testing of all reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

What we are looking for: Proven experience working with the Mosaic system in a social care environment.

Strong SQL development skills, including experience with queries, stored procedures, and database management.

Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
