You will be a confident self-starter with outstanding organisational skills and exacting attention to detail who is quick thinking and client orientated (and loves a spreadsheet!)
Your role will involve:
- Overseeing the smooth running of company processes and systems, ensuring adherence to company project processes by all team members.
- Assisting in financial administration, ensuring the company’s financial processes run to time and are accurate – acting as a checkpoint at critical times in the process
- Preparing financial reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making
- Coordinating internal and external resources including booking contractors, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Acting as a liaison between teams, providing support, guidance, and resources as needed to keep projects on track
- Supporting HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Collaborating closely with leadership to contribute innovative ideas and assist in strategic operational and financial planning
- Maintaining compliance with regulations and internal policies to uphold our standards of excellence
- Working with the wider team as a secondary support for project management tasks including research, generating briefs, scheduling time with creatives and proof-reading outputs
- General administrative support including data entry, and correspondence, booking meeting rooms, travel and accommodation
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Passion for accuracy, detail, organisation and communication
- Proficiency in project management and financial software, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on
- Confidence and resilience is a must
