This role sits within our B&I division, Bristol, FiltonWhat you'll be doing...
As a Chef de Partie you will support, organise and take full ownership of all food preperation for our hospitality department & to be able to have a full understanding of our brouchers, bespoke menus and to support large on site functions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported.
- Support the Hospitality manager in maintaining, food ordering and stock taking.
- Maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control in the hospitality department.
- Attention to detail & creativity.
- Experience within Hospitality food preperation.
- To be able to work quickly & effienctly within short timeframes.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment.
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday (06:30 -14:30)What can you bring?
