Platform Property Care has various Multi-Skill Trades opportunities for experienced Multi Skill operatives based in Gloucestershire to join our Voids and Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.
As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:
Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter – Up to £37,103 depending upon experience & qualificationsMulti-Skill Trades Plumber - £31,808
Multi-Skill Trades Painter & Decorator - £28,745
Labourer – £25,530

What could you be doing?
Working in our Voids and Responsive Repairs team you will be ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.
You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec, and right first time.
The roles are varied, and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!
Some things we need from you
Experience of delivering Multi Trade work, For Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 with additional associated multi skill trades qualifications and experience of Multi Trade workFor Multi-Skill Trades Plumber you will have qualified with NVQ L2 Plumbing
For Multi-Skill Trades Painter and Decorator you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 with social housing experience preferred
You will have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track
And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time
A full driving licence is essential as these are mobile roles
A van and fuel card are provided
As you will be working within Customers' homes these roles require a DBS check.
You will also earn additional from being part of the out of hours’ rota as this is required for these roles.
These positions are for a team based in Gloucestershire so you will need to live here.
