With eight beautiful treatment rooms, a sensory deprivation tank (our Isopod Floatation facility) and exceptional health, fitness and well-being facilities, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through the effective day-to-day monitoring and servicing of the spa facilities, the outstanding delivery of our food and beverage services and the utmost attention to detail in customer care and day-to-day tidying and cleaning of the spa facilities.
You will work with pool and leisure equipment to ensure that our facilities continue to be some of the best in the South of England. This role is very ‘hands-on’ and requires you to think on your feet and react accordingly. Our spa facilities are very popular so a keen eye for detail and a smile will be a must for any successful candidate.
Your role is to ensure that the spa is beautifully presented at all times with facilities operating at their best.

- Experience in the leisure industry and in maintaining pool facilities would be to your advantage but not essential.
- A confident, warm and welcoming personality with a natural desire to serve and exceed expectations of guests and colleagues.
- A pro-active stance to always look to improve standards and service.
- Flexible in attitude, approach and working hours (to include weekends).
