Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online sales platforms by uploading product listings, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring accurate descriptions.
- Process orders efficiently and coordinate shipments with the fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth transactions.
- Analyse sales data and trends to optimise product listings, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and stock levels, providing key reports for management.
- Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in E-Commerce administration or retail sales preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Experience in sales reporting or stock management is an advantage.
